Neon Nail Art

Hi everyone!
Today I wanted to show you these bright nails that I did a few days ago. I slightly messed up the pink flower because it smudged and ended up looking a bit like a pink blob, but I said I would upload them anyway.

Step 1
Start off with a base coat

Step 2
Paint your ring finger two coats of white

Step 3
Choose 3 bright neon colours for your flowers. I chose pink, orange and blue.

Step 4
Dip a large dotting tool into your first colour and create 4 dots for the petals of the flower. Repeat this step with your next two colours

Step 5
Dip a medium sized dotting tool into black and create a dot in the centre of each flower

Step 6
Using a toothpick dipped into black, create a few dots in the sparse areas of your nail

Step 7
Paint the remainder of your nails with one of the colours you chose for the flower

Step 8
Seal in your design with a topcoat

I hope you all have a lovely summer, see you soon!

Daisy Nail Art

Hi guys! I'm finally on summer holidays from school so I now have a bit more time to do some more nail art over the next few months. Today I decided to do these daisy nails, because they are so girly and cute.

Step 1
Start off with a base coat

Step 2
Paint all your nails two coats of mint

Step 3
Use a really thin white striper to create petals of the daisy (they don't have to look perfect!) You can paint more than one daisy depending on the length of your nails

Step 4
Dip a dotting tool into pastel yellow and create a dot in the centre of the flowers

Step 5
Seal in your design with a topcoat

I hope you like these nails. Stay tuned for another post Wednesday, for a very bright, summery design

Water Colour Nail Art

Happy Bank Holiday Monday!! I decided to do these bright, colourful nails today because the sun finally made an appearance which is kind of getting me in the mood for summer!!
These are so quick and simple to do- all you need is white, 3 colours, acetone and a brush! Lets get started!

Step 1
Start off with a base coat

Step 2
Paint your ring finger two coats of white

Step 3
Seal it in with a top coat to protect it from the upcoming steps

Step 4
Place a dot of your first colour, in my case blue, onto a piece of plastic. Dip a brush into acetone and mix it with the drop of nail varnish to make the polish thinner. Lightly dab the brush with the thin polish onto your nail in any position you like

Step 5
Repeat step 4 with your second and third colours

Step 6
Paint the remainder of your nails blue

Step 7
Seal in with a top coat- I chose a matte top coat for today

I hope you enjoyed this design. Please stay tuned for more posts very soon!
