Step 1
As usual, start off with a base coat

Paint your ring finger 2 coats of white
Step 3
Leave the white for 5 minutes to make sure that it is 100% dry, because if it's not, the design won't work
Step 4
Cut 4 strips of striping tape (you may need more or less depending on the length of your nails) and place these horizontally on your nail, spacing each strip out equally.
Step 5
Paint one stripe of pink and one stripe of orange onto a makeup sponge, dab off the excess onto a piece of paper, then dab the sponge onto your nail. Repeat if necessary to create the perfect ombre effect.
Step 6
Carefully peel off your striping tape while the ombre is still wet
Step 7
Use a top coat to blend the design together
Step 8
As an extra step, you can add a dot of clear top coat to your nail and place a gem on it. Press down on the gem with a toothpick to stick it to the nail and add an extra layer of top coat for a long lasting mani!
