Ombre Animal Print

Step 1
Use a base coat to protect your natural nails.

Step 2
Paint all your nails two coats of white. This will make the ombre more opaque.

Step 3
Paint two stripes of polish onto a makeup sponge slightly over-lapping each other. You can use any colours you like but I used a mint and a coral.

Step 4
Roll the sponge across your nail. You may need to repeat this step a few times to make to colours more opaque.

Step 5
Once you are happy with your ombre, use a clear top coat to blend the colours together even more.

Step 6
Use a toothpick dipped into black polish and create bracket shapes and 'C' shapes. This effect will resemble the leopard print.

Step 7
If you feel that there are some blank spots on your nail, use the toothpick dipped into black again to create dots in the blank spots.

Step 8
Once this is dry, seal in your design with a fast drying top coat and you're finished.
