Halloween makeup seems to be even more popular than costumes in recent years. Last year I loved trying to recreate some looks that I saw online and some actually turned out quite well once I put a bit of time into them.
I actually saw recently that Penneys have brought out different Halloween makeup kits which look really good, and only €10...I might give these a go this year.
